Key Information

It is important to keep in mind the following requirements when searching for a property:

* Area you are looking to move in

* Your rental budget

* Your current circumstances

*Size of property required

Guide to Charges and requirements

* First months rent in advance

* Tenancy Deposit - 5 or 6 weeks depending on rental amount

* Holding Deposit - maximum one weeks rent

* Photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence)

* Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement or driving licence)

* Email addresses and contact numbers

To allow us to take the property off the market and reserve it for you we require a holding deposit.

Depending on your circumstances we may also require the following:

* Recent landlord or letting agent reference

* Employer or accountant reference on header paper stating your employment status and annual income

* Last 3 months of current bank statements

* U.K Residence Status (for non EU applicants)
